Step 3Define selection and independent review criteria. Record sample counts by market and address type, duplicates, exclusions and the reference used to classify correctness. Separate reference matching from actual delivery evidence.

Step 4Record accepted, rejected, confirmation-required and service-error groups. For reviewed accepted and rejected samples, retain confirmed-correct, confirmed-incorrect and unknown counts. For each reported error rate, state its numerator, denominator and unknown handling. Do not treat unknown cases as confirmed correct or infer all-order rates from an unsupported sample. For false acceptance, record confirmed-incorrect addresses divided by reviewed accepted addresses; for false rejection, confirmed-correct addresses divided by reviewed rejected addresses. Report unknown outcomes separately.

Step 5Keep customer and parcel populations separate: eligible sessions, prompts and completed checkouts; dispatched parcels, address-related exceptions and other failure causes. State observation cutoffs and simultaneous process changes.

Step 6Record latency definitions, sample size and p95 method, timeouts, retries and fallback tests. Test missing-unit, uncertain-reference and outage cases. A timeout is a service failure; it does not establish an invalid address.
